Rental of vehicles is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:
SomethingVintageSomethingBlue.com allows a 50% deposit with a major credit card or cleared funds if paying by check to process reservations for invoices over $300. The payment must be received to confirm the reservation and balance is due at least 30 Days before the time of the service. Full payment is kindly requested for any invoice below $300. Deposit is nonrefundable.
In the event that more time was spent on your transportation or photo shoot the customer will be billed for the additional time or extra services provided, time will be billed in 30 minute increments and customer agrees to provide payment in full within 5 business days.
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability and advertised price at the time of booking. Please confirm your reservation because rates are subject to change without notice.
Vehicles will not be reserved until payment has been received and payment arrangements for the balance (if applicable) have been made.
A written cancellation request must be received 30 days in advance of the event date by mail or email for any cancellation.
All reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pick up time. For shorter notices please call us at (801) 815 4871.
No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.
Client and renter are responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipments of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, beverage spillage, vomiting, breakage of beverage containers and drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, (television monitors, headsets or remote control units where available). Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least ($100.00) one hundred dollars. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner.
SomethingVintageSomethingBlue.com reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.
While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks, and other various personal items, we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the vehicle rental period.
SomethingVintageSomethingBlue.com shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, breakdown and any situation beyond our control. Should the car break down; another car will be sent in hurry to complete the job. Please keep in mind that these autombiles vary in age and speed capability, longer time is needed for your transportation.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If the vehicle rental is to be by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen (proms, birthdays, or other occasions) this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).
Again, please remember that all vehicles are quoted subject to the price and availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.
SomethingVintageSomethingBlue.com reserves the right to substitute the vehicle or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion to maintain the safety of the occupants and based on severe weather conditions.
